During the third quarter of 2023, the top five tools apps on a unified platform in Nigeria showcased diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

ExpressVPN: VPN Fast & Secure saw notable growth in both revenue and active users. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $1.3K in mid-September, while downloads fluctuated between 11K and 14K weekly, reaching a high of 14.6K in early September. Active users steadily increased from 49K at the start of the quarter to nearly 60K by the end.

NordVPN – fast VPN for privacy also experienced a solid performance with weekly revenue hitting a high of around $986 towards the end of August. Weekly downloads remained consistent, ranging from 9.3K to 11.4K, and active users showed a slight increase, peaking at 84K in late September.

Private Internet Access VPN maintained a consistent weekly download rate, hovering between 13.7K and 17K throughout the quarter. Revenue saw a significant rise, reaching up to $645 in mid-September. Active users remained stable, averaging around 105K to 110K.

Followers & Like - FansLike had a varied performance with weekly downloads peaking at 6.2K in early August. Revenue showed fluctuations, hitting a high of $218 in late August.
